This Crown Verity Gas Grill features 6 burners, together producing 99,000 BTUs. It is made from all stainless steel, and has locking casters. It uses radiant plates (Stainless) As a flame taming system. Includes a front shelf. Also includes to stainless side shelves. Crown Verity Gas Grills are ETL sanitation listed. These Grills have been certified to meet standards ANSI/NSF 4-1999 - commercial cooking, rethermalization, and powered hot food holding and transport equipment by Intertek Testing Services. Crown Verity Gas Grills have been certified to meet standards ANSI Z83. 11a-1197 CGA-1. 8aM97 by Incheape Testing Services.
