Crown Verity new Professional Gas Grill & Griddle is designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time and converts with ease into a charbroiler with optional accessories for dual function use. Griddles are constructed of 5/16 in cold rolled steel with stainless steel splash guards and a removable stainless steel grease tray. Available in sizes ranging from 30 in to 72 in. The griddles can be removed and replaced with optional cooking grates to easily convert the unit into an outdoor gas Grill or charbroiler.
